Feeling sore this morning pregnant momma?
Lay down on the floor or bed and gently push your heels into the ground and lift your booty up just a few inches (2-3) —about 5-10 times. This helps reawaken your butt (who knew it turns off?! 🤷🏻♀️) and helps remind your glute muscles they need to be providing support. .
If you’re having neck pain with this, just lift 1in or just enough to engage your muscles. If your knees hurt, move your feet away from your butt, gently traction them toward you, and then lift up.
