I’m (Dr. L) right there with you—26 weeks pregnant and starting to get aches and pains if I don’t get adjusted and do my birth prep exercises. Even if that means I have to sneak it in because nap was short and I’m still in jeans. 😂🙈 (and don’t have patience to paint my toenails!)
