I'm going to show you how.
There are just 7 steps.
Step 1- right below where her ribs come together and a 1/2 in to the left--press in gently and pull down-can do 3-5 times.
Steps 2-7 are all clockwise motions for 5-10 circles about 1/4-1/2in deep.
Step 2- same spot where you gentle pulled in Step 1
Step 3- middle of their stomach
Step 4- 1 inch up towards their belly button from their right hip
Step 5- right under upper right ribs
Step 6- right under upper left ribs
Step 7- 1 inch up towards their belly button from their left hip
You can do this series 3-5 times a day for babes that are having trouble.
